Michael Douglas' Son Heading for the Slammer

Despite a a bid to be sentenced privately and a plea for leniency from father Michael Douglas, Cameron Douglas' sentencing will be made public according to a judge's ruling.

Cameron's lawyers wanted to make today's sentencing closed to the public, but the media strongly opposed that idea so the courtroom will remain open.

He has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute crystal meth and will likely receive a minimum 10-year sentence.

Michael Douglas' letter will also be released after being sent to the judge.

Shaunie Confirms New Boo and Talks BasketBall Wives

Shaunie O'neal recently sat with Honey Mag to talk about her new series Basketball Wives and her new boo.  Check out what she has to say about both below...

Honey Magazine: What are the top three lessons you learned as a basketball wife?
Shaunie O’Neal: Looking back I would say to always keep your dreams and goals that you want to accomplish in sight, never lose those. Although they may change as you get older, if you want to do something, keep them close. Keep your family close and tight. Always follow your gut feeling as far as what you feel is right and wrong.

What was your motivation for creating Basketball Wives?
It came from the questions that I always got being in NBA organizations from the new set of wives who would ask things like: “What am I supposed to do?” The veteran wives would always have suggestions and tell them to come to certain meetings. Also it came from questions from the public: “What do guys do everyday?”, “Do you have five hundred nannies?”. It came from those things I experienced. I just thought it would be a good idea.

Did you pitch it to VH1 or did they approach you about it?
We pitched it to a bunch of different networks. We loved that Vh1 was interested and so we went with them.

Was this your first experience as an executive producer? How was that?
Yes, it was a great experience! Before ,my family and I (the kids and my husband) were going to do a reality show. It got picked up by A&E, but things happened. And I always had a show like Basketball Wives in mind, to do for myself. So, this was like the baby I had on the side. On that show I was going to have producer credit. So working on this show was a really really great experience.

Often with basketball wives things are kept low key because their lives are already very public. Were you ever concerned that the ladies on the show wouldn’t be able to be open and honest?
Not so much. There weren’t many restrictions on the ladies. Thank God, they were all able to be very honest. These girls are all very open and honest. In fact, sometimes they were TOO honest.

How was the cast chosen? Was it based on your friends or were certain people recommended?
Starting with Evelyn [Lozada] (ex-fiancé of Antoine Walker). Evelyn and I are really good friends since her fiancé at the time and my husband at the time were both playing in Miami. When I decided that Florida would be the state I settled in, she was the first person to come to mind. So, I started with Evelyn. And Royce [Reed] (mother of Dwight Howard’s son) reached out to me because she didn’t know anyone in the state or in the entire circle. So, it started as her just wanting someone to talk to. And I’m not going to front, Royce makes for good TV! From then on, Evelyn knew Jennifer [Williams] (wife of Eric Williams) and wanted me to meet her. She thought she would be good for the show. It just floated around. I didn’t know Suzie [ex girlfriend of Michael Olowokandi] before the show but Jen and Evelyn knew Suzie. I knew Gloria [Govan] (wife of Matt Barnes) from us being in Phoenix. Once her fiancé got traded to Orlando it worked out perfect for her, so she was casted. For a long time, I had the cast planned out before all of our lives started taking these turns.

On the show, there is a bit of drama, between you and Gloria. The issue being that there are rumors about her sister possibly having a relationship with Shaq. Are those rumors true?
I can’t comment on that. You will have to keep watching the show.

So will we get a peek further into the show about the drama with that?
Yes! Absolutely, you will get a peek.

Is there any behind the scenes drama that didn’t get caught on tape?
No. Actually, everyone always asks if everyone got along. No – everyone didn’t and that is all played out on tape! You see who doesn’t get along and at the end of it all who will never talk to each other again. It’s all in there. Just keep watching.

So what’s going on with you now, are you dating? There is some speculation about you and new guy Marlon Yates. Is it true that you guys are dating?
That is true, that it’s true…

Do you like it? Are you having fun?
I’m having such a good time. It’s brand new! Everything about going out on dates, is so very new to me. My chances of dating are slim to none because I have five kids and they come first. But it’s so much fun. The “courting” thing, as my mother would call it, is a blast. I’m having a good time and just taking it slow. That’s what it’s all about. I’m not looking for a husband or anything too serious. Just looking to have fun.

Lets talk about your upcoming projects. So what’s in the pipeline for Shaunie?
I have a shoe line that I’m in the process of getting a distribution deal for as we speak. I am super excited about that. As far as TV, I’m just going to keep going through the women in sports, from football wives to the baseball wives they’re going to keep going. We are in the midst of casting football wives right now, that’s in the works. Then we will keep going with that. And I’m going back to doing corresponding for some shows like Extra, or another show like it. I just want to start over. It’s my time to just do me and have something that I can feel proud of that I did. I’m starting my own thing; it’s just that time.

We always like to ask questions for our Honey girls. There might be girls who are dating an athlete or who aspire to be dating an athlete. Do you have any advice for girls aspiring to be a basketball wife or sports wife in general?
I don’t want to discourage anybody. That is not my intention, because you fall in love with whomever you fall in love with. Just get thick skin, because everyone will be in your business. And there are predators who are going to be after your man all of the time. You have to figure out your own way of dealing with it. That is something that each woman individually decides on her own. Some of us can put up with a lot more than others can. Or some of us can work through things that others can’t. It’s a “to each its own” type of thing. But, I wouldn’t discourage anyone like; “Oh girl he plays basketball don’t do it!” I would tell them to just be aware, and stay strong. If you love this man and that’s what you want then it’s worth fighting for.

Kelis Demands Divorce NOW!

Well damn! Just take the money and run huh?! Seems like now that Nas has paid his $200,000 and Kelis got her new boo and a new album she is demanding in the papers filed yesterday for the divorce part to be speedy and all other matters (custody, financials, etc) be handled later. 

TMZ was able to get their hands on the papers. And it goes a little something like this!

According to documents filed last week, Kelis said in a declaration, "... it would be in the best interest of both of us if our marital status is terminated as soon as possible."

Because she fears that the legal proceedings could take years to figure out, Kelis has requested that the judge immediately terminate their marriage -- and wait until a later time to resolve "all other issues."

As for the odds that the two will rekindle their romance -- Kelis stated, "I believe their is no possibility of reconciliation with [Nas]."

I wonder if that milkshake was worth it, Nas!

Guru of GangStarr Loses Fight with Cancer

Yesterday the world and hip hop lost a legend.  Keith Elam, bka Guru of GangStarr, 43,  succombed to a long battle with cancer yesterday morning.  He was recovering from a medically induced coma and before he died he wrote a letter talking about his battle with cancer, who can speak on his behalf and who CANNOT speak on his behalf, ie DJ Premier.

I, Guru, am writing this letter to my fans, friends and loved ones around the world. I have had a long battle with cancer and have succumbed to the disease. I have suffered with this illness for over a year. I have exhausted all medical options.

 I have a non-profit organization called Each One Counts dedicated to carrying on my charitable work on behalf of abused and disadvantaged children from around the world and also to educate and research a cure for this terrible disease that took my life. I write this with tears in my eyes, not of sorrow but of joy for what a wonderful life I have enjoyed and how many great people I have had the pleasure of meeting.

My loyal best friend, partner and brother, Solar, has been at my side through it all and has been made my health proxy by myself on all matters relating to myself. He has been with me by my side on my many hospital stays, operations, doctors visits and stayed with me at my home and cared for me when I could not care for myself. Solar and his family is my family and I love them dearly and I expect my family, friends, and fans to respect that, regardless to anybody's feelings on the matter. It is my wish that counts. This being said I am survived by the love of my life, my sun KC, who I trust will be looked after by Solar and his family as their own. Any awards or tributes should be accepted, organized approved by Solar on behalf myself and my son until he is of age to except on his own.

I do not wish my ex-DJ to have anything to do with my name likeness, events tributes etc. connected in anyway to my situation including any use of my name or circumstance for any reason and I have instructed my lawyers to enforce this. I had nothing to do with him in life for over 7 years and want nothing to do with him in death. Solar has my life story and is well informed on my family situation, as well as the real reason for separating from my ex-DJ. As the sole founder of GangStarr, I am very proud of what GangStarr has meant to the music world and fans. I equally am proud of my Jazzmatazz series and as the father of Hip-Hop/Jazz. I am most proud of my leadership and pioneering efforts on Jazzmatazz 4 for reinvigorating the Hip-Hop/Jazz genre in a time when music quality has reached an all time low. Solar and I have toured in places that I have never been before with GangStarr or Jazzmatatazz and we gained a reputation for being the best on the planet at Hip-Hop/Jazz, as well as the biggest and most influential Hip-Hop/Jazz record with Jazzmatazz 4 of the decade to now. The work I have done with Solar represents a legacy far beyond its time. And we as a team were not afraid to push the envelope. To me this is what true artists do! As men of honor we stood tall in the face of small mindedness, greed, and ignorance. As we fought for music and integrity at the cost of not earning millions and for this I will always be happy and proud, and would like to thank the million fans who have seen us perform over the years from all over the world. The work I have done with Solar represents a legacy far beyond its time and is my most creative and experimental to date. I hope that our music will receive the attention it deserves as it is some of the best work I have done and represents some of the best years of my life.

Kim Kardashian's Harper Bazaar Shoot...

Kim Kardashian did a photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar's May issue where she is completely nude and the photos are unretouched and did so to encourage girls to "embrace your curves and who you are."

"I feel proud if young girls look up to me and say, 'I'm curvy, and I'm proud of it now,'" Kardshian says.

She wasn't always so proud of her body.

"I was wearing a C cup by the time I was 11. I would go to bed and pray, 'Please, Lord, don't let my boobs grow any bigger,'" Kardashian laments. "I hated what was happening."

Now, she doesn't "get why everyone is always going on about my butt."

"I'm Armenian. It's normal," she says. "My butt is probably not as big as you might think, because I have small legs and a small waist, which makes it appear bigger."

Danny Glover Arrested

Danny Glover was arrested this past weekend during a labor union protest at a Maryland food service company's headquarters.  He was arrested with 11 others for crossing the police line and refused to step back into Sodexo headquarters in Gaithersburg, Maryland. 

The actor took part in The Service Employees International Union's protest of what they deem to be unfair and illegal treatment of their workers, the Associated Press reports.

He was issued a citation and a $1,000 fine or 90 days in jail.

True Blood Star Alexander Skarsgard Loses It!

True Blood star Alexander Skarsgaard was restrained by police during Saturday's Coachella Music Festival, in Indio, Calif., according to a report.

Pacific Coast News reports the 33-year-old actor was photographed being held back by a police officer, fists clenched, after he became angered by a paparazzo taking shots of Skarsgard and rumored girlfriend Kate Bosworth.

Skarsgard was calmed down by the officer before the situation escalated and no arrests were reported.

Earlier in the evening, Skarsgard was spotted giving Bosworth, 27, clad in a blue tie-dye print halter dress, a ride on his shoulders.

Shaq Sends Death Threats!

Damn Shaq!!  It's like that?!  Well Shaq is not feeling that Shaunie's got a new boo and is using the kids to get information and deliver death threats. YES, DEATH THREATS!!! Who does that?!  TMZ is reporting that Shaunie's lawyers sent a letter to Shaq stating:

[The letter claims] the bball star "interrogated" the couple's children to tell him everything they knew about her new man ... "to the point that they felt intimidated and scared of him."

Shaunie is also saying that Shaq told their 6 year-old son that Shaq was "going to kill him"

Shaq has been asked to cease all "further inappropriate discussions" with their children, which is an alleged violation of the non-disparagement provision of their divorce judgment.

I guess one of the best forms of flattery is imitattion right? Well not for Jay-Z.  Jay-Z and partner Juan Perez are suing David Ortiz for naming his new club in the Dominican Republic Forty/Forty the same as the famous 40/40 in NYC.  They filed a federal lawsuit yesterday against Boston Red Sox player for infringement. 

The lawsuit states, "David Ortiz is fully aware of plaintiff's Manhattan 40/40 Club, since he had been a patron there on several occasions, long before he opened his infringing Forty/Forty Club."

Kiefer Sutherland Booted from Strip Club

While at London strip club, Stringfellows, last night, Kiefer Sutherland decided HE wanted to be the one to take his clothes off.  After he took his shirt off he got into it with someone at the club and bouncers were seen throwing him out the door at around 3:30am.  He then was seen sitting in a nearby car, shirtless, for a while.

Shaq Sends Lawyers After Shaunie and VH1

Shaq has had his lawyers send out a letter to VH1 to stop production on Basketball Wives because he feels that Shaunie O'neal is trying to get "televised revenge." 

Well, back in the day Shaunie signed a confidentiality agreement and now Shaq is using it to stop her show threatening to take legal action should "any further episodes of 'Basketball Wives' which make any reference to Mr. O'Neal" air.

Madonna's Daughter Lourdes Wants to be in Showbiz!

Madonna's mini me Lourdes has expressed she wants to be in showbiz!!

Madonna's eldest child Lourdes may be enrolling at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts!

Her mama confirmed that Lola was already taking acting classes in NYC and was admitted into a "performing-arts high school" to major in drama, although no one will confirm the news.

"They live here now," said Madge's publicist, Liz Rosenberg. "Madonna didn't tell me, and I know she's not going to tell."

The school, which the movie Fame was based on, has been buzzing with the news!

"I've asked," said student Luther Cherry. "[School officials] said, 'We don't know until students show up.'"

But Lourdes might have it rough in there! Students are saying that she was given a private audition to shield her from the pressure of performing in public. And the kids are pissed because of the preferential treatment!

"A lot of kids are talking about how she had an advantage," said freshman drama student, Brittany Evans. "LaGuardia is a great school. It really is, but I think that sometimes it wants to be more of a 'Fame' school."

Something tells us the kids are gonna get a taste of the REAL business where shiz ain't fair!

"I hope she comes in handy for when they come around for parent donations," said art major Karem Penalo.

After 9 years of being together Melissa and Tammy Etheridge have called it quits.  The couple, who have 3 year-old twins, are both saddened by the separation and ask for consideration respect for the family as they go through this difficult time.  Melissa also has 2 older childern from a previous relationship.

Russell Crowe Gets His Own Star

Russell Crow got his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday, April 12, 2010.  Others celebs that went to support were Jay Leno and Ron Howard. 

Russell Crowe is an academy award winning actor, being named best actor for the role of Maximus in Gladiator (2000) and received best actor nominations for his work in The Insider (1999) and A Beautiful Mind (2001).  He will also be starring as the title character in Robin Hood, which is set to be released on May 14.

Good things about the April 29 and May 6 episodes. As you know, April 29 is the blackout date, and although the schedule was changed somewhat so April 29 (which is a Thursday) won't happen exactly on that day, a source tells me we may get the beginning of the April 29 happenings on April 29, and then we see what is set in motion on May 6. More importantly, I'm hearing there is most definitely a chance FlashForward will be renewed, because it actually does fairly well overseas and doesn't hemorrhage as much money as you'd think. A source tells me, "This is a rare case where a low domestic performer could get a surprise pickup." We'll find out May 18, when ABC announces its schedule.

Bad news, Little Grey and Mark fans. McSteamy is thisclose to hooking up with yet another Seattle Grace lady. Your hint? It's not Teddy (Kim Raver). Guesses? It seems McSteamy is getting back to his McSlutty ways, and you Lexie-Mark fans aren't gonna like it one bit—and neither is she, I'm sure!

Steven Seagal Sick Perv

Yoooo!! Steven Seagal is about to go down for sexual harrassment.  Check out the deets here...

A 23-year-old woman has sued the action star for at least a million dollars, claiming he flew her out to New Orleans in February after hiring her for an executive/personal assistant job but then expected her to be on call for sex with him once she arrived.

In a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kayden Nguyen states that Seagal kept two Russian women on staff "who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week" and that she was hired to replace one of them.

The first night she was there, Nguyen claims, Seagal assaulted her by attempting to fondle her bare breasts, forcing his hand down the backside of her pants and telling her, as she ran away, "You aren't allowed to tell anybody."

A rep for Seagal has not yet returned a request for comment.

"I'm a family man, and I live with my wife, but she wouldn't care if you were my lover," Seagal supposedly said to Nguyen, per the complaint, as their plane to New Orleans, where Steven Seagal: Lawman is filmed, taxied down the runway in L.A.

Believing that Seagal's whole staff would live in his house with them, Nguyen decided to have a "wait and see attitude" about the job, the suit states.

Nguyen says that, after the first alleged assault, she complained the next day, but "nothing was said or done."

Seagal then allegedly assaulted her again, according to the lawsuit, by forcing his hand between her legs and forcing her to consume "illegal pills" before she left his company.

Nguyen says she spoke to Seagal the next day and he told her there had been a "misunderstanding." A few hours later, according to the suit, Seagal "forcibly lifted [her] blouse, forced his head on her bare chest, and attempted to suck her breasts and nipples. He stopped only when she ran."

While passing through the Intercontinental Hotel in Australia on Sunday, Lady GaGa happened to pass a wedding reception that was in progress - and she ended up being the belle of the ball!

The bride, Courtney Jarman, spotted GaGa and the pop star obliged to meeting the lady in white.

“GaGa looked across at Courtney and put her hands up to her face in a camera-clicking mime, as if to say, ‘Do you want your photo taken with me?'" said an onlooker.

Courtney and her groom Reece Kerr took some pics with GaGa and she even came back to the reception later that night to buy everyone a round of drinks.

And her parting words to the couple?! “Have good sex!”

“She had no airs and graces. She’s a great lady,” said a wedding attendee.

Bret Michaels was rushed to the hospital yesterday for severe stomach pains.  Turns out the ex-Poison lead singer had to have an emergency apendectomy in Texas.  All is well and the rocker is ok.  Now he can go back to his career of trying to revive his career! lol

Nas: It's Cheaper to Keep Her!

So turns out that Nas hasn't been keeping up with his child or spousal support payments which the courts had ordered him to pay $55k per month.  Now Kelis has taken him back to the courts ti file papers and the courts ruled in her favor.  According to TMZ:

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nas had to immediately fork over $47,249.42 in back child support and $40,454 in back spousal support.

The judge also ordered Nas to pay $10,000/month in spousal support until he pays off the $299,015.50 he owes Kelis.

Nas also has to pay 90% of Kelis’ legal fees in the amount of $155,787.28.

Lastly, Nas has to pay $48,549.83 to cover Kelis’ accounting expenses.

R.I.P. Dixie Carter

"Designing Women" star Dixie Carter, whose Southern charm and natural beauty won her a host of television roles, has died at age 70 this past Saturday, April 10.

Carter died Saturday morning, according to publicist Steve Rohr, who represents Carter and her husband, actor Hal Holbrook. He declined to disclose the cause of death or where she died. Carter lived with Holbrook in the Los Angeles area.

"This has been a terrible blow to our family," Holbrook said in a written statement. "We would appreciate everyone understanding that this is a private family tragedy."

A native of Tennessee, Carter was most famous for playing wisecracking Southerner Julia Sugarbaker for seven years on "Designing Women," the CBS sitcom that ran from 1986 to 1993. The series was the peak of a career in which she often played wealthy and self-important but independent Southern women.

She was nominated for an Emmy in 2007 for her seven-episode guest stint on the ABC hit "Desperate Housewives."
Carter's other credits include roles on the series "Family Law" and "Diff'rent Strokes."

Supermodel Beverly Johnson Hires Gunman!

WOWWWW!! So according to TMZ, Beverly Johnson hired a gunman to get her live in boyfriend Mark Anthouny Burke to move out of her cribo.  Check out the deets here:

In documents filed in Riverside County, CA — Mark Anthony Burk claims Beverly showed up at his home with an armed Chuck Zito, and a separation agreement. Burk alleges Zito was flashing a gun during the January, 2009 incident — while Beverly yelled at Burk to sign an agreement that would have paid him $2,000 to get out of her house, according to the papers. Legendary “Godfather” producer Robert Evans is also being sued. As for why, Burk’s lawyer tells TMZ he’s alleging Evans — who was once romantically involved with Johnson — was involved in the scheme.

Jaheim Arrested for Drug Possession

R & B singer, Jaheim, was arrested last week when weed was found in his car after being stopped for speeding.  Here's the skinny on the whole thing:

Jaheim Hoagland, 32, of Hillsborough was pulled over near Royce Brook Golf Course on March 28 for allegedly traveling 65 mph in a 35 mph zone and was then charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. Hillsborough Police reported that they could smell a strong odor of raw marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Hoagland gave police consent to search his vehicle after yelling at authorities, police said. During the search, Hillsborough Police allegedly noticed a small bud of marijuana underneath the driver’s seat. Police said they also observed several cigar wrappers, cigar shaving and cigar paper, which is consistent with marijuana use. Hoagland was also charged with speeding.

Quincy Jones is STILL doing his thing in music!!  Multi-Grammy winning producer, arranger and composer Quincy Jones will release his next album, Q: Soul Bossa Nostra on Interscope Records in May/June 2010. Of course he serves as the Executive Producer on the album and has enlisted a host of artists and producers to remake popular songs from his vast catalogue.

Wowwww!! Seems like cheating has been quite the thing to do these days.  Actress Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon chose a very public forum to accuse her husband, CAA agent Mike Nilon, of cheating. In an e-mail making the rounds at the agency with the subject line "Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon," the former "NYPD Blue" star wrote to Nilon's colleagues, "What do they have in common . . . I found out today that MY husband of almost 9 yrs has been having an affair for 5 yrs with some slut in Chicago. I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!! Our boys don't deserve this!" Neither Beauvais-Nilon nor Nilon responded to multiple calls and e-mails seeking comment. CAA had no comment.

A Syracuse man was arrested Tuesday for having LARGE amounts of heroin in his possession. When the Syracuse Police Special Investigations Division caught up with him in New York City, where we assume he was making a drop, they found 400 glassine bags of heroin on his person. Each bag was stamped in red ink with the words "Lady Gaga."

Trey Songz New Album and Reality Show

Trey Songz is working on a new album and reality show manager, Kevin Liles, told MTV:

September 14th, new album. He’s not gonna stop,” Liles said last week during a sit-down with MTV News. “He’s gonna keep his foot on people’s necks, and he’s going to make sure they understand that we have to redefine R&B. We have to go work hard every single day to be the best.”

That’s not it for the Liles/Songz combo: Trey is the co-star of an upcoming reality show with Young Jeezy.

“We’ve got the Blueprint 3 [Tour experience] from the eyes of Jeezy and Trey Songz coming out,” Liles revealed. “The first show airs on BET on June 27, the night of the BET Awards. The show comes first, and then right after that, the BET Awards.”

Jessica Simpson Promotes Inner Beauty

Jessica Simpson is daring to go nude on a new magazine cover - she will appear on the front of a U.S. fashion publication without the help of make-up or airbrushing. The singer/actress has traveled the world as part of her new MTV show Jessica Simpson's "The Price of Beauty", in which she discovers the local beauty regimes and culture in different countries, including those of African tribeswomen and Japanese Geishas.

And the 29-year-old star is pushing home her message of inner beauty by stripping off her make-up for the May cover of America's Marie Claire. Simpson has also agreed for the revealing snap to be published without being digitally re-touched.

The stripped-back shoot is to promote Simpson's interviews with Los Angeles women for the mag, in which they discuss their bodies.

But nobody bid on them!

Nicolas Cage's Bel Air house and two properties in Malibu went up for auction at minimum bids of $11 million and $10 million respectively, but not one person was interested!

After losing his homes to the bank, they will now try to get rid of them through a real estate broker.

Nicolas owed over $8 million on the Malibu properties and over $17 million on the Bel Air home.

What's Oprah Up to Next?!

As we all know Oprah is ending The Oprah Show ut we should have all known that wouldn't be the last of O.  She is actually going to be starting an evening show called Oprah's Next Chapter which will be an hour long on her new channel OWN.  She'll have guests like Jay-Z and Lady Gaga on her new channel for her show and others on the network.  

The network is using Ms. Winfrey’s ability to attract high-profile talent. One OWN series, “Visionaries: Inside the Creative Mind,” will highlight pop musician Lady Gaga and movie director James Cameron, among others. Another show, “Master Class,” will feature people like former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and musician Jay-Z relaying life stories and lessons directly into the camera.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, said Ms. Winfrey asked him to participate during a phone call. “I didn’t even think about it,” Mr. Carter said last month. “I just said ‘yes.’”

This past weekend Diddy celebrated his son, Christian's, 12th birthday in Las Vegas and brought some of the little man's friends to join in on the fun.  They all dined at Lavo Italian Restaurant at the Palazzo Hotel...cake looks deelish!  They also went to Adventureland for some roller coaster riding and sky diving.  Wow!!

Flesh N Bone from Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Arrested!

A sold-out concert by Bone Thugs-N-Harmony at House of Blues in Cleveland came to an abrupt end Sunday night when 50 Cleveland police officers and Cuyahoga County Sheriff's deputies descended on the venue and took a member of the Grammy-winning hip-hop group into custody.

Flesh-N-Bone, whose real name is Stanley Howse, was arrested, tour manager Josh Williams said shortly afterward.

A Third District police officer, who declined to give his name because he is not authorized to make public statements, said Howse had outstanding warrants and would spend the night in jail.

So yesterday Ricky Marin FINALLY decided to let the world know that he is gay!!  Writing his memoirs and thinking about his two sons led him to go public about his sexuality. 

He said, "I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man," Ricky said in a message posted on his offical Web site. "I am very blessed to be who I am."

A few months ago I decided to write my memoirs, a project I knew was going to bring me closer to an amazing turning point in my life. From the moment I wrote the first phrase I was sure the book was the tool that was going to help me free myself from things I was carrying within me for a long time. Things that  were too heavy for me to keep inside. Writing this account of my life, I got very close to my truth. And thisis something worth celebrating.
 
For many years, there has been only one place where I am in touch with my emotions fearlessly and that's the stage. Being on stage fills my soul in many ways, almost completely. It's my vice.  The music, the lights and the roar of the audience are elements that make me feel capable of anything. This rush of adrenaline is incredibly addictive.  I don't ever want to stop feeling these emotions. But it is serenity that brings me to where I'm at right now. An amazing emotional place of comprehension, reflection and enlightenment. At this moment I'm feeling the same freedom I usually feel only on stage, without a doubt, I need to share.
 
Many people told me: "Ricky it's not important", "it's not worth it", "all the years you've worked and everything you've built will collapse", "many people in the world are not ready to accept your truth, your reality, your nature". Because all this advice came from people who I love dearly, I decided to move on with my life not sharing with the world my entire truth.  Allowing myself to be seduced by fear and insecurity became a self-fulfilling prophecy of sabotage. Today I take full responsibility for my decisions and my actions.

If someone asked me today, "Ricky, what are you afraid of?" I would answer "the blood that runs through the streets of countries at war...child slavery, terrorism...the cynicism of some people in positions of power, the misinterpretation of faith." But fear of my truth? Not at all!  On the contrary, It fills me with strength and courage. This is just what I need especially now that I am the father of two beautiful boys that are so full of light and who with their outlook teach me new things every day. To keep living as I did up until today would be to indirectly diminish the glow that my kids where born with. Enough is enough. This has to change. This was not supposed to happen 5 or 10 years ago, it is supposed to happen now. Today is my day, this is my time, and this is my moment.

These years in silence and reflection made me stronger and reminded me that acceptance has to come from within and that this kind of truth gives me the power to conquer emotions I didn't even know existed.

What will happen from now on? It doesn't matter. I can only focus on what's happening to me in this moment. The word "happiness" takes on a new meaning for me as of today. It has been a very intense process. Every word that I write in this letter is born out of love, acceptance, detachment and real contentment. Writing this is a solid step towards my inner peace and vital part of my evolution.

I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.

Dancing With The Stars is Doing It!!

They did a great job picking this season's cast because ratings are up 23% since last year and more viewers kept tuning in as the show progressed.  Check out the recap below in case you missed it!

The 11 pairs of "Dancing with the Stars" returned to the dance floor this week for a performance that would determine who gets to go home first this season. They got to pick between Jive and Foxtrot.

Shannen Doherty and Mark Ballas were the first couple who tackled Jive. Len Goodman said, "Amongst all that energy, there has to be control. You lost that control." Bruno Tonioli on the other hand said, "Your energy was so much better," but added later "Kicks and flicks could have been sharper." The score: 7-6-7, a total of 20/30.

Aiden Turner and Edyta Sliwinska danced the Foxtrot. The couple who did bad last week received compliment this time. Bruno said, "I can see a glimmer of hope for Aiden. Your lines were good. Sometimes you get your knickers in a twist. Keep focus." Carrie Ann Inaba was more generous, saying "Nice job. This week you let the dance flow through you. Solid, solid dance." The score: 7-6-6, a total of 19/30.

Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya danced the Jive. Carrie said, "Such great energy. Totally in control. Connection was completely there." Len chimed in, "Amongst some of the silly stuff, there was some really good jive out there." Bruno reminded Evan about the feet which tend to get "wobbly". The score: 8-8-8, a total of 24/30.

Niecy Nash and Louis van Amstel picked the Foxtrot. Bruno compared it to a strawberry milkshake because it was "light and frothy". Carrie challenged her to do something a bit bigger next week while Len praised her musicality. The score: 7-7-7, a total of 21/30.

Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower performed the Jive. Bruno applauded his technique and precision while Carrie said Jake is "a joy to watch". Meanwhile, Len criticized, "Overall you coped very well. It was a little heavy sometimes. You've got a lot more to give and great potential." The score: 6-7-7, a total of 20/30.

Buzz Aldrin and Ashly Costa danced Foxtrot to "Fly Me to the Moon". Carrie said, "Very tender, very charming foxtrot... The dancing part was a bit trepidatious." Len still avoided saying something bad about the astronaut, saying "How can you not be a fan of Buzz Aldrin?" But Bruno was more honest, saying "It looked like you were avoiding craters." The score 4-4-4, a total of 12/30.

Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough picked Jive. Len commented, "I'm a little bit ambivalent about the whole thing. The traditional part of the jive I thought was very good." Carrie simply called it "perfection". Bruno gushed, "It was phenomenal! I've never seen a jive that good on week two." The score: 8-10-10, a total of 28/30.

Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy did the Foxtrot to "Love Story". Bruno praised, "Erin, you're a natural. Your arms are absolutely stunning. Make sure you finish the movement." Carrie warned her, "You have to watch the death-grip on the hold." Len said, "The movement was fluid, your posture was generally good. Three key words: turn up, keep up, and shut up. Trust in your pro." The score: 8-7-8, a total of 23/30.

Pamela Anderson and Damian Whitewood also danced the Foxtrot. Carrie commented on her elegance, saying "You go from character to character. You brought Marilyn Monroe right back to life." Bruno said, "You can dance, Pamela, you can." Len wanted her to work on the posture. The score: 7-7-8, a total of 22/30.

Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke danced the Foxtrot. Len said, "It was like the snow. You're just glad when it's all over." Bruno meanwhile said, "You looked uncomfortable. It was ungainly, no musicality." Carrie was a little nicer, saying "You have great potential. You have got to start understanding your movement and let it go." The score: 6-5-5, a total of 16/30.

Kate Gosselin and Tony Dovolani closed the night with Jive. Len pointed out Kate's weakness, saying "Nerves can make you or break you, and I think nerves are breaking you... Don't go out as a wimp. Go out fighting." Bruno joked, "You went through the motions like a Stepford wife." Carrie said, "Your feet came off the floor a couple times. You are still standing." The score: 5-5-5, a total of 15/30.

Big Boi Signs To Def Jam!

Big Boi took to his Twitter account to let his fans know that he will be releasing an album on Def Jam.  Yes...AN album.  The deal is only for one album and he'll be working with L.A. Reid on this project.  The album was set to be released in March but got pushed back until May.  Here's what he said on Twitter:

The Wolfpack Is Back..The Hangover 2!!

It's confirmed!!  The filming of The Hangover 2 will hopefully begin on November 1 says the director Todd Phillips.  And there have been rumors that it would shoot in either Mexico or Thailand but those aren't true.  I'm just hoping that Ed Helms and Bradley Cooper's schedules aren't crazy otherwise filming could be delayed.  Can't waittttt!!!

Marie Osmond's Son Might Have Been Drugged!!

Marie Osmond's son might have been drugged by an ex-girlfriend according to his roommates.  They told authorities they were supposed to hang out with Michael 3 days before his death but he canceled to hang out with an ex.  Michael told his roommates he believed that she had drugged him because he had woken up on a street that night he was with the ex-girlfriend.  He continued to be sick up until his death 2 days later.  Toxicology results have not come back yet to confirm this.  The ex-girlfriend says she was not in town the night he claimed she drugged him. 

Real World: New Orleans Got Some ISH Goin On!!

This season of the Real World (24) hasn't even aired yet but there's already some nasty drama going down.  Apparently cast member Ryan Leslie (no not the singer) filed a police report saying that roommate Preston Roberson-Charles peed on his toothbrush and then cleaned the toilet with it.  Ryan had to go to the hospital after feeling really sick and although he tested negative for strep and mono he did come down with a viral infection.  Hmmm...fact or publicity stunt?!  Guess we'll have to wait and see.

WOW!!  Lindsay Lohan is about get blacklisted by India.  Turns out she said that she had saved the lives of 40 children during a raid in a sweatshop but the truth is she didn't arrive in India until after the raids AND she was taping a documentary at the same time on a tourist visa which is totally illegal.  She even went on Twitter and said, "Over 40 children saved so far ... Within one day's work ... This is what life is about ... Doing THIS is a life worth living!!!"

The happy couple had a quiet wedding in Paris last Monday according to Woman's Day.  It was a traditional Jewish ceremony with their close friends and family present.  The two have been together for eight years and have been engaged for six, but the wedding was reportedly put off because Fisher was in the process of converting to Judaism. Fisher gave birth to their daughter, Olive, in 2007.  Mazel Tov!!

He claims to have given her the name "Lady Gaga" after the Queen song "Radio Ga Ga," helped create her image, helped write some songs and helped form the joint venture Team Love Child LLC. Rob wants his song royalties and merchandise revenue STAT! Damn...mo money mo problems!

CSI Star Gary Dourdan Domestic Abuse Case?!

Cops were called yesterday afternoon to the home of CSI star Gary Dourdan's home in Venice, California after someone reported domestic abuse.  But it was Gary's girl, Maria Asis Del Almo, that got taken away in handcuffs.  When the cops got to the house they found a scratched up Gary and immediately took Maria into custody and charged her with a misdemeanor domestic battery. Damn shame!!

A source close to Brit says that she and Jason Trawick have gone their seperate ways.  They also said that Spears and Trawick were "fighting a lot" and had not been getting along.

"They both just needed to take a break from each other," claims the source. "It wasn't working out."

Well turns out that Jesse James had an affair with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee during the time that Sandra was filming The Blind Side.  According to OK! Weekly Michelle was just trying to get a job as a model with West Coast Choppers and ended up on the couch which then turned into a routine of sex twice a week. They even texted every day and only because she thought Sandra and Jesse were seperated because he said they didn't live together.  SMDH!!

Michael Jackson's Estate Signs BIGGEST Contract Ever!

MJ's former label, Sony Music has just made a deal with Michael Jackson's estate to sell and distribute his unheard recordings and back catalogs until 2017!  The estate will rake in a whopping $250 MILLION for the use of the back catalog. Sony chairman says:

“It’s not just a record deal. We’re not just basing this on how many CDs we sell or how many downloads. There are also audio rights for theater, movies, computer games. I don’t know how an audio soundtrack will be used in 2017, but you’ve got to bet on Michael Jackson in any new platform.”

So The Game will finally begin shooting this May on location in Atlanta according to Black Voices saying that deals are close to being finalized with BET.  Actors will still be making the same as on the CW and everyone will return with maybe the exception of Coby Bell (Jason Pitts) who is on another show as well and may be on with a recurring role.

Eff a Racetrack! Stadium On Its WAYYY!

So the racetrack is no longer in the works but who cares!  Jay-Z was on hand at Atlantic Station for the ground breaking ceremony where NY officials like Mayor Bloomberg, Governor Paterson and Al Sharpton were also there.  Beyonce was also there to support her boo and the Barclays Center.  I feel like someone may run for office one day....Mayor Jigga?! Hmmm... lol

Say it ain't sooo!!  With rumors bubbling all over the net Monica has chosen to address the matter.  Here's what she said:

I am going to do what I have always done. Focus on my children, my family & my career. Rock was put under a lot of harsh scrutiny during our entire relationship and I’m sure that was not easy.
However at this point our focus is being great parents. He is a great father to his children and, continuing forward, that is my only concern. Looks like this may be the case.  Dr. Drew's people have reached out to him to get him on the next show and have asked for his next court date so they can help him stay out of the slammer and keep him in rehab and off drugs.  I say go for it!!!

Katherine Heigl's Final Days with Grey's Anatomy!

Listen up all you Grey's Anatomy fans... Katherine Heigl's last days with Grey's are soon approaching.  Creator of the show, Shonda Rhimes, has agreed to let her out of her contract but now it is up to ABC and her reps to come to an agreement.  She was due back on set on March 1st and never showed after already taking time off to film a movie and spend time with her family.  Arguments between Heigl and ABC have been heated.  Her last episode has already aired. 

Ochocinco Gets His Own Reality Show!!

Chad Ochocinco is looking for love via his very own reality show on VH1 call The Tournament!  He will be choosing 85 women and narrowing down to 16 women, 4 from each region of the country during the 10 episodes.  Jeff Olde, Executive VP of VH1, says:

"Ochocinco is one of the most electrifying individuals in sports today. His bigger-than-life personality on- and off-the-field and his notorious skills as a social networker, connecting daily with his fans, makes him a perfect fit for VH1.

Where Is James Brown's Body?!!?

Well according to one of his many illegitimate children, LaRonda Pettit, her daddy's body is missing from it's temporary resting place while a public crypt is being built.  It's supposedly being held at his daughter, Deanna's crib in South Carolina and has been there since his death in 2006.  LaRonda claims there was foul play in his death and is trying to do an autopsy but believes his body has been moved.  Hmmm...
